Special Session

Call for Presentations
To Potential Participants and Colleagues:
To encourage the "Blooming of One Hundred Flowers", the Technical Committee decided to organize this Special Session. We hope to include about 25 such presentations and demos in this session. You are invited to submit the following to the Secretariat of ICFHR-2008 by June 27th, 2008:
1. Title of your presentation or demo 2. Presenter, e-mail address 3. Affiliation & country 4. Abstract of 60 words highlighting the important/interesting aspects.
Presentations and demos will be reviewed and selected by the Organizing Committee. Do not duplicate your oral or poster presentations. Acceptance/rejection will be announced on July 2, 2008.
Upon acceptance, presenters and demonstrators will have to submit 2 power-point slides or 2 PDF pages to the Secretariat by July 9, 2008. Only those presentations and demos, whose presenters have registered with payment by that time, will be included in the technical program. Demostrators will be given an extra minute to present their demos.

Montreal region is a tourist destination and accommodations are at a premium during the summer. If you would like accommodations at local hotels offering conference rates, please make reservations no later than July 18th, 2008.
