Fees and Online Registration

 

Please use the web-based registration system for payment by credit card (only Master Card and VISA card will be allowed) via secure payment system. We do not accept registration off-line, until the opening of the Conference on Aug. 19.

All registration fees include admission to the sessions, conference proceedings (paper and CD), welcome reception, coffee breaks, and banquet.

 

1 On Site Registration will require CASH ONLY payment.

2 Valid Student ID card required on-site, for collection of registration materials

3 For authors whose papers exceed the 6-page limit.

 

Important: Each paper must have at least ONE NON-STUDENT registered author in order to be included in the proceedings.  A valid non-student registration may cover several papers.  The deadline for author registration is May 9, 2008.   Papers that do not have an associated registered author and a faxed Copyright Form by May 9, 2008 will not be included in the proceedings.  You can read more information and download the copyright form here.

Cancellation

 

Only written cancellation will be accepted. According to IAPR policy, at least one non-student author per paper should remain registered.

 

Please note that a CAN $150 cancellation/administration fee will be charged and request for refund will be considered up to July 25th only.

 

 

Montreal region is a tourist destination and accommodations are at a premium during the summer. If you would like accommodations at local hotels offering conference rates, please make reservations no later than July 18th, 2008.
